The event concept was conceived by the Head of School and Nicki Piercy. The design concept was created by Nicki Piercy of Big Dog. The original art of custom made block prints used in the design concept was also created by Nicki Piercy, as well as all graphic design. Print production was also supervised by Nicki.

Design concept, original art and all graphic design and production for this art gallery and art sale fundraiser created by Nicki Piercy.

This special event was unique collaboration between a world famous NYC restaurant, it's chef, and the students of an independent school. The chef and students prepared a fundraiser dinner together at the school. As well as the event invitation, Nicki designed all event collaborative materials such as custom made aprons for the all of the chefs and servers, and custom made shopping bag goody bags for the guests.

A 40th Anniversary fundraiser for a NYC independent school needed a thoughtful and celebratory concept, that reflected the school's core values. A festive feel was created with a horizontal tri fold invitation. The history of the school was represented by a front cover photograph that dated from the original students at the school. A color palette of lavender, yellow, and grayscale images is taken from the school's own colors. The mix of fonts were used to portray the past, present and future of the school, along with an unavoidable "shout out" to forty years with a bold, headline size "40" rounds out this labor of love for Nicki.
